THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a dynamic Program Manager — a leader that clients and internal stakeholders can rely on to deliver complex programs. You’ll work closely with teams and individuals across countries and cultures, adapting quickly to the challenges each program brings. The delivery team engages directly with C-suite stakeholders and project sponsors, and works with internal project management and oversight teams to keep programs on time, on budget and in scope. You’ll work with international teams and clients and help drive continued expansion, with ongoing learning, mentorship and career growth along the way.

01   What You’ll Do

•   Develop and manage detailed program plans aligned with strategic goals, scope and client expectations

•   Own program budgets, vendor management (client and partner vendors) and procurement, including selection and rate negotiation

•   Monitor and report on program progress, risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders

•   Identify scope deviations and manage change requests with the client

•   Act as the primary client point of contact, building strong stakeholder relationships and running regular progress reviews

•   Lead, motivate and mentor cross-functional project teams, coordinating with other departments to secure resources

•   Identify risks early, develop mitigation and response plans, and resolve issues or conflicts proactively

•   Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, implementing best practices and continuous process improvement

•   Prepare program reporting and documentation, including status, financials and outcomes

•   Communicate program performance and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

02   What You’ll Bring

•   8+ years of experience in professional services, functional or technical consulting, with a strong focus on ERP, CRM or e-commerce systems

•   Proven success leading and delivering complex SaaS programs across diverse industries

•   5+ years of management experience overseeing cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, client stakeholders) across multiple concurrent projects

•   Strong expertise with the NetSuite platform

•   Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions

•   Experience managing full program life cycles — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure — on time, within scope and budget

•   Track record of building long-term, profitable client relationships focused on satisfaction, retention and referenceability

•   Proficient in project portfolio management, resource planning and risk mitigation across large-scale programs

•   Skilled at executive-level communications, including C-suite reporting, business reviews and roadmap presentations

•   Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure

•   Agility in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities

•   Familiarity with cloud computing, system integrations and third-party application ecosystems

•   PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project/program management certification is a plus

•   Open to travel up to 20–25%, including on-site client engagements

03   What Will Set You Apart

•   Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor programs end-to-end, including procurement and rate negotiation

•   Strong executive presence, comfortable driving C-suite reporting and strategic conversations

•   A track record of proactively managing scope, risk and change requests before they escalate

•   Demonstrated success mentoring cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement

•   Deep comfort operating across countries and cultures in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

04   What Success Looks Like

•   Your programs are consistently delivered on time, within budget and aligned to scope

•   Clients and senior stakeholders view you as a trusted, reliable point of contact throughout the program lifecycle

•   Risks, scope deviations and vendor issues are identified and managed proactively, minimizing escalations

•   Your cross-functional teams operate cohesively, with strong morale and clear accountability

•   Senior management relies on your reporting and strategic recommendations for program-level decisions
