We’re looking for a Japanese-speaking Support Consultant to join a Managed Services team that supports Japanese-market clients on NetSuite. You’ll bring 5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience as an Implementation Consultant or Administrator and put it to work in ongoing client support: resolving issues, managing configuration changes, and making sure Japanese-speaking clients get the same high-quality, responsive service as every other client. You’ll bridge language and cultural differences for clients while working closely with the wider international support and delivery teams.

01   What You’ll Do

•   Resolve support tickets across core NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Projects, etc.) with accuracy and timeliness

•   Apply your implementation/administration background to quickly diagnose configuration and functional issues

•   Partner with cross-functional and international support/delivery teams, translating client context and requirements

•   Follow the established support delivery methodology, ensuring consistency with global service standards

•   Communicate professionally with clients, meeting SLA commitments and maintaining high satisfaction scores

•   Document issues, actions and resolutions, contributing to a robust bilingual knowledge base

•   Support testing, validation and deployment of NetSuite configuration changes and enhancements

•   Proactively monitor and prioritize tickets, balancing urgency, impact and client expectations

•   Help bridge cultural and business-practice nuances between Japanese clients and global teams

02   What You’ll Bring

•   Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) required

•   5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience as an Implementation Consultant, Administrator or similar role

•   Strong working knowledge of core NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Projects, etc.)

•   Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience

•   Experience supporting or implementing NetSuite for Japanese or APAC-based clients is a strong plus

•   Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences

•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to diagnose issues independently

•   Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets

•   Ability to manage a dynamic ticket queue and shifting priorities

•   Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS support models

03   What Will Set You Apart

•   Deep, hands-on NetSuite configuration knowledge from prior implementation or administration work

•   Cultural fluency across Japanese and Western business communication styles

•   Ability to independently resolve complex issues using strong platform fundamentals

•   A proactive approach to bridging language and context gaps between clients and global teams

•   Genuine interest in growing within a global Managed Services organization

04   What Success Looks Like

•   Japanese-speaking clients consistently receive clear, timely, high-quality support that meets SLA and satisfaction targets

•   You independently resolve configuration and functional issues

•   Global teams rely on you to bridge language and context gaps effectively

•   Your contributions strengthen the bilingual knowledge base for Japanese-market clients

•   You’re recognized as a trusted support resource by clients and internal teams
